Caravan Beanie PDF

This cruisy beanie is knitted from the bottom up, in the round, using stranded colourwork. Four shades of any 8ply BWM wool are used to achieve the palette. Instructions are included to help you knit multiple sizes by simply changing the needle sizes.

Requirements:

• BWM 8ply 200g Luxury or Classic wools, 4 shades total, less than 1 ball each
• (sample knit in Luxury Navy Blue 335, Coastal Blue 310, Moonflower 328 & Frost 312)
• 3.75mm circular needle, 40cm (16") (see table below for other sizes and needle requirements)
• 3.75mm double pointed needles for crown shaping (see table below for other sizes and needle requirements)
• Yarn needle
• Stitch marker
• Scissors

Measurements (cm approx):  Pattern written to fit a Small Adult size, approx 56cm. Other sizes possible are shown in the table below:

Tension: varies; main pattern size is designed at 25 st & 29 rows over 10cm, knitted in stockinette stitch
