I knitted the Eurus sweater with this yarn. Big bouncy cables, soft and luxurious. It was like knitting clotted cream. Loved the yarn. Have purchased more in different colours.

I realised I had not ordered sufficient wool and phoned the shop, hoping they still had the same dye lot available. The lady who answered was very helpful and checked both the factory store as well as shop and was able to reassure me that she had located the correct wool and would have it dispatched immediately. I have always used classic I like to knit thick Jumpers and I like that you can put them in the washing machine I like 8ply and 10ply as well.
The only other thing is that I find annoying is that all your patterns do not all have bigger sizes

I am knitting a blanket, and the classic 12ply is perfect for it. There's been no problems with the thread.
The wool was nice but quite scratchy and a bit painful on the fingers to knit up. Proud of the finished product though (a raglan sweater)

always liked Bendigo wool knits well and looks great.
I was a little disappointed in the quality of the wool,I am an avid knitter and have been for many years knitting with Patons,Sirdar etc mainly in all plys for Jenny Kee,Men and ladies fair isle etc, my concern is the yarn seem to split easily. I do realise it is 12 ply.
