This child's vest is knitted in 8 ply and features concealed bag pockets. There are several ways of working the colourways (making it in one colour without pockets, using all different colours for the stripes, etc), so this should be a versatile pattern.
The original has been knitted in Classic (Blazer) as CC1, and Luxury (Bermuda) as MC. The pockets are in Luxury oddments.
Requirements:
Small amounts CC2 and CC3 (actual approx. 15-20grams each)
1 pair 4.00mm needles, pair of 3.25mm needles for bands (3.25mm long double pointed needles/set of needles for neck band if working in the round), one 5.5mm needle for pocket tops.
