Tess Afghan PDF

This is Tess, created by using five different designs laid out in a geometrical pattern. While the design for Tess may look random, there is repetition and order, which means tHat/beanie you can choose to make a project tHat/beanie is ideal for you. This can be made smaller or larger, from a baby rug up to a king size blanket. 

Charts and instructions on mosaic crochet techniques are included. This can be made with any weight yarn and corresponding hook sizes, to make a heavier/larger blanket or lighter/smaller blanket.

Measurement 103cm W x 140cm L for sample shown

Requirements 8ply BWM Luxury or Classic, 200g balls, in three colours:

Colour A - 4 balls

Colour B - 4 balls

Colour C - 2 balls (border)

3.5mm and 4.0mm crochet hooks, yarn needle, stitch markers

Tension 18 stitches and 18 rows = 10cm in pattern (blocked)

While Gauge is not important for your project knowing your tension will assist with the quantity of yarn required. Remember tighter tension is better for mosaic crocheting.
