Now available in 8 ply, our Elixir yarn is proudly made in Australia from recycled natural fibres (majority wool) from our yarn manufacturing. If you can imagine it, you can make it in Elixir!

Versatile 8 Ply Weight: This versatile 8 ply (DK weight) yarn is suitable for a wide range of patterns, from stylish garments to fun accessories.

Soft and squishy: With a soft twist and made from our lush natural fibres, Elixir is so soft and squishy, unlike some other recycled yarns. It's softness "feel" is comparable to our Luxury or Prism yarns. 

Made in Bendigo: We've developed this fantastic yarn right here in Bendigo, using fibres otherwise discarded during our manufacturing process, so this yarn is an eco-friendly choice that's stylish to boot!

Perfectly imperfect: This yarn has the occasional slubby spot, giving it shades of hand-spun goodness when it's worked up into finished pieces.

Soft and squishy: Unlike some other recycled yarns, this yarn is lovely, soft and bouncy.

Tweed Shades Available: Shades Natural and Dusky Grey include flecks of tweedy goodness, adding even more personality to your project

18 Vibrant Shades: A fresh palette of 18 shades complement each other perfectly in striking stripes or colour blocks, or stand bold on their own.

Composition & Care

Made from 98% recycled natural fibres/2% other fibres. Natural Fibre composition will be a majority of wool, but may also include bamboo, cotton, silk & alpaca. There may be some slight variation of final fibre content across colourways and dye lots, which may cause some variation in shade with in a dyelot.

Hand wash.
