These are a great stash buster and make great gifts. When complete the sock is quite stretchy and fits a large variety of soaps. To limit the feel of the bar of soap the sock has smaller holes rather than a lacey design. It also has a loop handle to hand from when not in use, as well as a little hole on the opposite side to thread the handle through to close the sock.
Yarn: Bendigo Woollen Mills 8ply (Cotton) 12 grams or 25-30m
Hook: 6.5mm crochet hook
Accessories: Yarn Needle, Scissors
