Designed by Sue Stapleton of Auburncraft Design

Spice up your fall decor with the Hallow Grid Pumpkin! This fun, checkered crochet pumpkin brings a playful twist to the classic autumn vibes. Designed to work up quickly in case you happen to need a last minute pumpkin or two.

Tapestry crochet is used to create linked stitches, worked into the back loop throughout the main body of the pattern. The top and bottom of the pumpkin are closed using a tapestry needle. A stick is inserted into the center of the pumpkin, followed by stuffing. Leaves and spirals are added before the final closure of the top.

Photos and instructions of special stitches and assembly are included in the pattern. Available in US and UK/Australian Terms. PDF download includes two files total.
