Raglan shaping, gentle front & back texture, and a relaxed unisex fit: the Cody Jumper is satisfying to make and will be a favourite to wear.
Knit in pieces from the bottom up, seamed, then picking up stitches to knit neckband in the round. Raglan sleeves.
Shown in Rustic Tweed 8 ply and Classic 8 ply. Most Bendigo Woollen Mills 8 ply yarns like Whisper 8 ply or Luxury 8 ply would suit this pattern. (Equivalent yarns: DK or Light Worsted).
22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm over stocking stitch using 4.00mm needles. How to check and adjust your tension.
1 pair each 3.25mm and 4.00mm knitting needles and a 3.25mm circular needle or DPNs for neckband, or size needles to give correct tension, 4 stitch-holders.

The sleeves on the pattern for 105 are much too long for a woman. Have tried to cut the stitches down without much luck. Have pulled one sleeve out twice now and it’s put me off knitting at the moment.
I purchased this pattern and began knitting the sweater. I soon realized the measurements were described for CHEST size.
Is this pattern meant to fit females as well as males? I normally see the description for women as BUST measurements.
I purchased the pattern because I saw the image of a woman in the picture, but am now concerned that even the smallest size is quite a lot too large for me. I’m normally a size MEDIUM - therefore not small. I weigh 140lbs.
I had knitted the back and front and thought they seemed rather long, but that would not have been a concern until the first sleeve ended up so much too long that I abandoned the project and unraveled all the wool.
Finally, can you simply assure me that the pattern is suitable for women as well as men.
