Billie the Bilby PDF

This is a crochet pattern
Billie is a shy little bilby who loves eating fruit. She has sharp hearing and is always the first one there if she hears any of her loved ones in trouble. One of her favourite things to do is deliver chocolate eggs to her friends at night!

The finished bilby ends up approximately 22cm tall (sitting down, including ears) when using similar yarn and hook size. Thinner yarn and a smaller hook size will produce a smaller bilby and vice versa.

Gauge is not important - just make sure the stitches are tight enough so tHat/beanie the stuffing doesn't show through.

Requirements:

BWM 8ply wool (Luxury, Classic, etc) or Cotton (Note: you will not need to use a full ball of yarn for each of the colours)

Colours used in sample: (Classic) Silver, Rosebud, Almond, Charcoal, (Cotton) Pale Lilac, Arctic, Daffodil, Golden Glow

3mm crochet hook

9mm safety eyes (or black thread for embroidering)

yarn needle, polyester fiberfill stuffing, stitch marker or piece of scrap yarn to mark the start of each round
